Parshant Giare has been appointed as Chief Commodity & Manufacturing Officer at Jagatjit Industries Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its manufacturing excellence and operational growth agenda.

In this role, Parshant will lead commodity management, manufacturing operations, supply chain optimization, and strategic capability planning, focusing on driving operational efficiency, quality excellence, and sustainable business growth across the organization.

Parshant brings nearly three decades of extensive leadership experience across FMCG and alcobev manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management. Prior to joining Jagatjit Industries Limited, he served as Vice President – Manufacturing at Parle Products Pvt. Ltd., leading large-scale manufacturing and operational initiatives.

Earlier, he spent over 13 years with Pernod Ricard India, where he held senior leadership positions including General Manager – Operations. During his tenure, he managed operations across 16 factories pan-India and played a key role in driving operations P&L, manufacturing excellence, and quality management systems.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Kellogg Company, PepsiCo, and GSK Consumer Healthcare India, where he built strong expertise in manufacturing transformation, productivity enhancement, industrial relations, and global regulatory compliance.

With a distinguished track record in operational leadership, manufacturing strategy, and supply chain excellence, Parshant is well-positioned to support Jagatjit Industries Limited’s next phase of growth and operational transformation.
