Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Ketan Lodaya has been appointed as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) at Gulf Oil India, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization accelerates its digital transformation journey.

In this role, Ketan will lead digital strategy, IT transformation, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology initiatives, driving innovation and enabling business growth through technology.

Ketan brings extensive experience in business transformation, engineering, and enterprise technology leadership. Most recently, he served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama-ATG Off-Highway Tires, where he led strategic transformation initiatives, agile programs, and digital enablement across the organization.

Prior to this, he spent over 12 years at General Mills, progressing through multiple leadership roles including Head – Global Engineering Solutions, Senior Engineering Manager, and Manager – Engineering, driving technology-enabled transformation, global engineering operations, and large-scale team leadership.

He began his career with GeometricPLM Software as a Group Lead, building strong foundations in global delivery, pre-sales consulting, and engineering solutions.

With a proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise IT, and operational excellence, Ketan is well-positioned to drive Gulf Oil India’s next phase of digital innovation and growth.
