Kunal Joshi has been appointed as Vice President – Operations at MB Chicken - India, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its operational capabilities and growth strategy.

In this role, Kunal will lead end-to-end operations, supply chain management, production efficiency, and process optimization, driving scalability and operational excellence across the business.

Kunal brings extensive experience across hospitality, food & beverage operations, and business scaling. Most recently, he served as Business Head – Operations at ICB Indian Craft Brewery, where he scaled monthly revenue from ₹3 Cr to ₹10 Cr within 6 months, managed large-scale brewery operations with 20,000+ monthly footfall, and designed event-led revenue models driving significant daily sales growth.

Prior to this, he worked as General Manager – Operations at Sidecar India, where he led process optimization, team performance, and cost efficiencies, achieving 20% improvement in profit margins.

He also served as Director of Operations at VRO Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., driving operational strategy and business performance, and spent over a decade at JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd., where he held leadership roles including Director of Operations and Regional General Manager (Hard Rock Cafe), managing multi-city operations across Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Gurugram.

With a proven track record in operations excellence, revenue growth, and large-scale business management, Kunal is well-positioned to drive MB Chicken’s next phase of expansion and operational success.
