Hemant Singh Shekhawat has been appointed as Director – ERP Program Management at Revvity, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization accelerates its enterprise transformation journey.

In this role, Hemant will lead ERP strategy, large-scale program management, enterprise system transformation, and cross-functional execution, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Hemant brings extensive global experience in SAP, ERP transformation, and IT program leadership. Most recently, he served as Associate Director – SAP at ADVANZ PHARMA, where he led global SAP strategy, enhancements, and AMS transitions across North America and Europe.

Prior to this, he held roles as Associate Director – IT Projects and Head – IT Projects, driving SAP S/4HANA upgrades, global rollouts, SuccessFactors implementation, and compliance-driven digital transformation initiatives across US, EU, and ANZ markets.

Earlier, he worked with Mercury Pharma Group as Head – IT Projects, leading greenfield SAP implementations and compliance integration for global pharma operations.

He also spent over 8 years with Goldshield, where he served as SAP Manager, managing SAP SD implementations and enhancements for European operations, and began his career in sales support and analytics roles, building strong business and commercial insights.

With a proven track record in ERP transformation, SAP S/4HANA implementations, and global program delivery, Hemant is well-positioned to drive Revvity’s next phase of enterprise transformation and digital excellence.
