Jitender Singh has been appointed as Head of Learning & Development at Reliance Industries Limited, London,UK, marking a strategic move as the organization strengthens its talent development and capability-building agenda.

In this role, Jitender will lead learning strategy, leadership development, capability building, digital learning initiatives, and workforce transformation programs, supporting the organization’s vision of building a future-ready workforce.

Jitender brings strong experience across learning & development, hospitality leadership training, and organizational capability building. Most recently, he served as Head of Learning & Development at Tamara Leisure Experiences Pvt. Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide learning initiatives and leadership development programs.

Prior to this, he was associated with Reliance Industries Limited as Head of Learning & Development (Hospitality), driving capability building and training frameworks within the hospitality business.

He also spent over 7 years with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), where he held multiple roles including Director of Learning & Development (Taj Hotels) and Learning & Development Manager, leading training and development initiatives across premier properties such as Taj Krishna, Taj Deccan, Taj Banjara, and Vivanta Hyderabad.

Earlier, he worked with Hilton Hotels Worldwide as a Training Manager, building strong foundations in hospitality training and talent development.
With a proven track record in leadership development, training strategy, and workforce transformation, Jitender is well-positioned to drive Reliance’s learning and development initiatives at scale.
