Neeraj Porwal has been elevated as Senior Director – Quality, Safety, Environment & Sustainability (INSWA) at The Coca-Cola Company, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Neeraj will lead quality assurance, food safety, occupational health & safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainability initiatives, integrating them into a unified governance framework across the INSWA region. His mandate focuses on transforming compliance into a value-creating growth lever across packaging, water, climate, and enterprise risk agendas.

Neeraj brings over 14 years of leadership experience at Coca-Cola, where he has held multiple strategic roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – Technical & Supply Chain Sustainability (India & South West Asia), driving sustainability integration across supply chains and operations.

Prior to this, he was Director – Supply Chain & Innovation, leading innovation, integrated supply chain strategies, and operational excellence initiatives, and earlier served as Technical Operations Head – INSWA Franchise Operations, managing large-scale technical and franchise operations across the region.

Before joining Coca-Cola, he worked with Marico Limited as Supply Chain & Operations Manager, where he led supply network design, manufacturing excellence, S&OP implementation, and cost optimization initiatives.

He also held roles at PepsiCo and Duncans Industries Limited, building strong foundations in operations, maintenance, and manufacturing systems.
With a proven track record in EHS, sustainability, supply chain
transformation, and operational leadership, Neeraj is well-positioned to drive Coca-Cola’s next phase of responsible growth and sustainability leadership.
