Neha Srivastava has been appointed as Global Head [SVP] – Human Resources at MetricStream, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its global people and culture agenda.
In this role, Neha will lead the global HR strategy, focusing on talent transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture-building initiatives across geographies.
Neha brings extensive leadership experience across human resources, people transformation, and organizational development. Prior to joining MetricStream, she served as Head – People & Culture at LeadSquared, where she played a key role in scaling people practices and strengthening organizational culture during high-growth phases.
Earlier, she worked as Head – Human Resources at HighRadius, leading strategic HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee experience, and business alignment.
She has also held leadership positions at Boehringer Ingelheim, building strong expertise across HR strategy, workforce engagement, and large-scale people transformation initiatives.
With a proven track record in HR leadership, culture transformation, and people-centric growth strategies, Neha is well-positioned to support MetricStream’s next phase of global growth and organizational excellence.
