Kavita Singh has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Thermax Limited, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people, culture, and organizational transformation agenda.

In this role, Kavita will lead enterprise-wide human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, leadership capability building, employee engagement, organizational transformation, and people-centric growth initiatives across the organization.

Kavita brings extensive global leadership experience across human resources, organizational development, talent management, and workforce transformation. Prior to joining Thermax Limited, she served as CHRO at United Breweries Ltd., where she led employee engagement, leadership development, change management, and wellness initiatives across multiple plants and a workforce of over 12,000 employees.

Earlier, she served as CHRO at Hindustan Zinc and spent over a decade with A.P. Moller – A.P. Moller - Maersk in leadership roles across India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She also held the position of Regional Director & Head of Human Resources for Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East at Damco Logistics, leading large-scale HR and organizational initiatives across global markets.

Her earlier career includes leadership roles at ICICI Prudential life insurance, TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, and Reliance Communications, building strong expertise across diverse industries and people management environments.

With a distinguished track record in HR leadership, culture transformation, and global workforce management, Kavita is well-positioned to support Thermax Limited’s next phase of growth and organizational excellence.
