In this expanded role, Pooja will lead business development initiatives, key account management, and datacenter-focused projects, driving growth and strengthening client relationships.

Pooja brings over a decade of experience across datacenter operations, project management, facilities management, and business development.

Prior to this elevation, she served as Senior Manager – Business Development (Datacenter) at Colliers, where she played a key role in driving strategic growth and managing large-scale client engagements.

Earlier, she held leadership roles at DMS Facility and Eagle Security & Personnel Service, building strong expertise in operations, client management, and service delivery.

With a proven track record in business growth, client engagement, and datacenter project execution, Pooja is well-positioned to contribute to Colliers’ continued expansion and success.
