Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Pranav Sharma has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – HR Operations & Digitization at Uno Minda, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people operations, HR technology, and digital transformation agenda.

In this role, Pranav will lead HR operations, workforce digitization, process automation, employee lifecycle management, and HR transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, employee experience, and data-driven people management practices across the organization.

Pranav brings strong experience across HR strategy, talent management, HR transformation, organization design, mergers & acquisitions, and people analytics. Prior to joining Uno Minda, he served as Senior Manager – HR at ReNew, where he led strategic HR initiatives for a workforce of over 1,000 employees and played a key role in talent management, leadership engagement, HR analytics, and people strategy.

Earlier at ReNew, he worked as Manager – People Strategy & HRBP, driving performance management, promotion frameworks, diversity initiatives, leadership interventions, and HR dashboarding to support business growth and workforce effectiveness.

Before ReNew, Pranav worked with Deloitte India as Consultant – Mergers & Acquisitions, specializing in HR due diligence and post-merger integration. He supported transaction advisory projects by evaluating human capital risks, designing integration strategies, and managing large-scale transformation programs.

He also served as Senior Consultant at EY, where he advised clients on organization design, talent management, competency frameworks, HR transformation, and operating model redesign across multiple industries.
Pranav began his professional journey with Exide Industries Limited as a Summer Intern, gaining early exposure to HR and organizational practices within the manufacturing sector.

With a strong track record in HR transformation, people strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness, Pranav is well-positioned to support Uno Minda’s continued growth and workforce transformation initiatives.
