Sudhir Puthran has been elevated as Global Head of Services Business Transformation & Executive Enablement at Schneider Electric, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to accelerate its global transformation and service excellence agenda.

In this expanded role, Sudhir will lead global business transformation initiatives across Schneider Electric’s services organization while driving executive enablement programs focused on leadership effectiveness, operational excellence, customer success, and strategic execution across international markets.

Sudhir brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across services management, business transformation, P&L leadership, customer experience, sales excellence, and operational strategy.

He has been associated with Schneider Electric for nearly 12 years, holding multiple senior leadership positions including Vice President of Services – Belgium, Vice President, Vice President – Channels, Inside Sales & Hubs (Global Field Services), Vice President – Sales & Marketing Excellence, Vice President – Global Field Services Marketing Excellence, and Vice President – Services for Greater India.

During his tenure, he successfully drove services revenue growth, margin expansion, customer experience enhancement, operational excellence, and leadership development initiatives across multiple geographies. He also played a key role in strengthening Schneider Electric’s service business strategy, global sales enablement, and transformation programs.

Prior to Schneider Electric, Sudhir served as India Senior Services General Manager at NCR Corporation, where he led a 1,200-member services organization with full P&L responsibility, overseeing managed services, field support, ATM and branch transformation projects, and customer service operations.

Earlier, he held leadership positions as President of inTarvo Technologies Pvt. Limited Technologies Ltd., Vice President – Service & Support at Lenovo, and Country Manager at Hewlett Packard, building deep expertise in technology services, operations management, customer support, and business transformation.

With a distinguished track record in global services leadership, transformation strategy, customer-centric growth, and executive enablement, Sudhir is well-positioned to drive Schneider Electric’s next phase of service innovation and operational excellence worldwide.
