Prashant Shah has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at JNV Gold Suspension Systems Pvt Ltd, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its growth and operational excellence journey.

In this role, Prashant will lead business strategy, operations, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain transformation, driving innovation and scaling the company’s presence in the automotive components sector.

Prashant brings over 35+ years of experience across operations, manufacturing, quality assurance, global sourcing, and supply chain management, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain Management at Gabriel India Limited, where he led procurement strategy, material planning (MRP), vendor management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

He has also been associated with leading global organizations including Visteon India and Magneti Marelli Parts & Services, further strengthening his expertise in the automotive and manufacturing ecosystem.

With a strong track record in supply chain optimization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence, he has played a key role in strengthening manufacturing ecosystems and driving business performance.

With his deep expertise in automotive manufacturing and supply chain leadership, Prashant is well-positioned to lead JNV Gold Suspension Systems into its next phase of growth and industry leadership.
