Prerak is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience across human capital management, HR business partnering, talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement. Prior to this elevation, he served as Assistant Vice President – Human Capital at IndoSpace, where he played a pivotal role in advancing talent strategies, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Before joining IndoSpace, Prerak held key HR leadership positions with
Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd., Adani Realty, Arvind Limited,
Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., and Essel Infraprojects Ltd., gaining extensive experience across real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

Throughout his career, he has successfully partnered with business leaders to drive talent management, strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and build high-performance cultures aligned with business objectives.

With a strong track record in HR leadership, people strategy, and organizational transformation, Prerak is well-positioned to support IndoSpace’s next phase of growth while continuing to strengthen its people-first culture.
