Davashish Srivastava has been elevated as Vice President – Development at Radisson Hotel Group, marking a significant leadership milestone as the company continues to accelerate its expansion strategy across South Asia and key growth markets.

In this expanded role, Davashish will lead hotel development, strategic expansion, owner partnerships, portfolio growth, and market development initiatives, supporting Radisson Hotel Group’s continued growth and strengthening its position as one of the region’s leading hospitality brands.

Davashish brings nearly two decades of experience across hospitality development, business expansion, investment analysis, feasibility studies, strategic partnerships, and hotel transactions.

He has been associated with Radisson Hotel Group for over nine years, most recently serving as Senior Director – Development (South Asia), where he played a pivotal role in driving hotel signings, owner relationships, and expansion initiatives across the region.

Prior to that, he served as Director – Development, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, contributing significantly to the company's development pipeline and growth strategy.

Earlier, Davashish spent over four years with Whitbread as Director – Development Planning, where he led hotel deals, management contracts, feasibility studies, investment analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, site acquisitions, and hospitality growth projects across India.

Before Whitbread, he held leadership roles at Horwath HTL, including Associate Director, Senior Consultant – Consulting & Valuation Services, and Consultant – Feasibility Studies. During this period, he advised on hospitality developments across more than 50 markets and 22 states in India, covering market research, hotel valuations, operator selection, brand strategy, feasibility analysis, and property acquisition.

With a strong track record in hospitality development, strategic planning, deal structuring, and business growth, Davashish is exceptionally well-positioned to drive Radisson Hotel Group’s next phase of expansion and market leadership.
