Rajshree Sen has been elevated as General Manager – Lead HRBP, Aluminium S&M at Aditya Birla Group, marking a significant milestone in her HR leadership journey.

Rajshree has spent over 5 years with Aditya Birla Group, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles across HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, CSR, and HR Projects.

Prior to her elevation, she served as Assistant General Manager – Lead HRBP, Aluminium S&M. Earlier, she was Assistant General Manager – Cluster Lead, OD/OE & Talent Management – Renukoot Cluster, followed by Manager – Cluster Lead, OD/OE, Talent & HR Projects and Manager – Section Head, Employee Relations at Hindalco Industries Limited.

During her Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program, Rajshree worked across Hindalco, Aditya Birla Capital, and Group Shared Services, contributing to capability building, talent initiatives, workforce strategy, data privacy, HR technology, and employee experience.

She also completed an ABG GIP internship with Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, where she worked on organizational structure benchmarking, productivity analysis, automation, and manpower optimization.

With expertise in HRBP, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Employee Experience, HR Projects, and People Strategy, Rajshree is well-positioned to drive the people agenda for the Aluminium Sales & Marketing business.
