Radhika Gajendra has been appointed as Director at EY, marking a significant milestone in her technology consulting and project leadership journey.

Radhika brings over 15 years of experience with Capgemini, where she progressed through leadership roles spanning Senior Project Management and Director-level responsibilities.

Prior to joining EY, she served as Director at Capgemini from August 2025 to July 2026, based in Hyderabad, where she contributed to technology and transformation initiatives.

Earlier, Radhika served as Senior Project Manager at Capgemini for more than 14 years, building extensive expertise in project management, technology delivery, stakeholder management, and large-scale transformation programs.

With her strong experience in Technology Consulting, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Program Delivery, and Stakeholder Management, Radhika is well-positioned to contribute to EY's continued growth and transformation agenda.
