Renu Bohra has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SYSTRA India, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization continues to strengthen its people, culture, and organizational transformation agenda.

In this role, Renu will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, leadership building, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation across the organization.

Renu brings over two decades of extensive leadership experience across human resources, organizational development, and people transformation. Prior to joining SYSTRA India, she served as CHRO at National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings), leading enterprise-wide HR strategy and workforce transformation initiatives.

Earlier, she spent over 13 years with DB Schenker, where she held multiple senior leadership positions including Chief People Officer, Senior Director HR, and Director – Human Resources, driving large-scale HR transformation, capability development, change management, and high-performance culture initiatives.

Before DB Schenker, Renu worked with Blue Star Limited as Deputy General Manager – HR for North & East India, leading regional HR operations and people strategy initiatives. She also held HR leadership roles at HSCC (India) Limited and Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), building strong expertise across talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.

With a distinguished track record in HR leadership, change management, and people-centric transformation, Renu is well-positioned to support SYSTRA India’s next phase of growth and organizational excellence.
