Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Kartik Kini has been appointed as Founding Member & Chief Strategy and Execution Officer at Centricity WealthTech, marking a pivotal leadership move as the organization builds its foundation and growth trajectory.

In this role, Kartik will lead strategy formulation, execution excellence, business growth initiatives, and platform scaling, playing a key role in shaping Centricity WealthTech’s vision and market positioning.

Kartik brings extensive experience across wealth management, operations leadership, and strategic execution. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff, and Brand Custodian at Waterfield Advisors Pvt. Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide operations, treasury management, technology transformation, regulatory compliance, and investor relations, while also driving brand governance.

Prior to this, he was a founding member and Chief Administrative Officer at Avendus Wealth Management Private Limited, where he played a pivotal role in building the organization from inception, establishing technology infrastructure, operations, compliance frameworks, MIS, and business continuity systems, and contributing to strategic initiatives at the group level.
Earlier, he worked with Deutsche Bank as a Business Manager, gaining strong exposure to financial services operations and strategic management.

In addition, he serves as a Board Member at TNS India Foundation, contributing towards initiatives focused on skill development and social impact in India.

With a strong track record in strategy, execution, and building scalable financial platforms, Kartik is well-positioned to drive Centricity WealthTech’s growth and innovation journey.
