Rishabh Jain has been appointed as Senior Vice President & Head of Business, Strategy & Growth – India & Emerging Markets at Aurus Inc, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey spanning over 13 years across fintech, enterprise sales, business strategy, digital payments, and market expansion.

In this strategic leadership role, Rishabh will drive Aurus Inc’s go-to-market strategy across India and emerging markets, spearheading business growth, enterprise customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion initiatives. His appointment comes at a time when Aurus continues to strengthen its position as a leading global payment orchestration platform, processing over $1.3 trillion in annual transaction volume and serving many of the world’s leading retailers.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where he earned his MBA in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services, Rishabh brings deep expertise in digital payments, merchant acquiring, banking partnerships, enterprise sales, and fintech transformation.

Prior to joining Aurus Inc, he served as Regional Business Head at Pine Labs, where he led strategic sales and business growth initiatives across key markets.

Earlier, he was Sales Head at Cashify, driving revenue expansion and market development. Before that, he worked with HDFC Bank Limited as Senior Leader, strengthening his expertise in financial services, customer engagement, and business development.

Over the course of his career, Rishabh has also been associated with leading organizations including Paytm, Maxis, and the Tata Group, building a strong track record in scaling businesses, managing CXO-level relationships, structuring strategic partnerships, and delivering sustainable growth.

With proven expertise in sales leadership, fintech innovation, business strategy, and market expansion, Rishabh is well-positioned to accelerate Aurus Inc’s growth across India and emerging markets.
