Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Ankoor B Sarkar has been appointed as Global Sales Director at ACST GmbH, a leading European pioneer in mm-Wave, sub-mm Wave, and Terahertz (THz) technologies.

In this role, Ankoor will lead worldwide sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. He will play a key role in accelerating ACST’s global growth across advanced applications including aerospace & defense, scientific instrumentation, spectroscopy, security screening, and next-generation wireless communications.

Ankoor brings more than 33 years of global sales, business development, and leadership experience across B2B, OEM, EMS, and technology sectors. Prior to joining ACST GmbH, he served as Regional Director – Europe, Canada, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa at Hitachi Kokusai Electric Comark LLC, leading business growth across more than 130 countries.

Earlier, he held leadership roles as Executive Director & Board Member at OWC APAC Pte Ltd, Director – Sales at Sanmina, and Sales Director – Asia Pacific South at OCZ Storage Solutions (A Toshiba Group Company), driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across global markets.

With a proven track record in building high-performance international teams, managing P&L responsibilities, and scaling technology businesses, Ankoor is well-positioned to strengthen ACST GmbH’s global market presence and growth trajectory.
