Sankalp Lall has been appointed as Senior Vice President (SVP) at Deloitte, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this role, Sankalp will drive strategic consulting initiatives, operations transformation, client advisory, and large-scale business transformation programs, helping organizations navigate complexity and accelerate growth.

Sankalp brings over 18 years of rich experience at Fidelity International, where he held multiple senior leadership roles across India, the UK, and Ireland. Most recently, he served as Head of Shadow COO & India Site Capability Leader, driving cross-functional transformation, capability building, and operational excellence across global markets.

Prior to this, he held leadership roles including Head of Re-registration & Transfers Service Cross-Functional Team / Director PI&A Operations and Director – Retail Operations, where he led large-scale operational transformation, service delivery, and global process optimization initiatives.

Earlier in his career, he served as Associate Director & Head of India Institutional Operations, managing large teams, multi-million-dollar budgets, and defined contribution pension administration and reporting, building deep expertise in operations management, governance, and performance optimization.

He began his professional journey with Vertex Group and Convergys India Services, developing strong foundations in operations, customer management, and service delivery.

Sankalp has completed the Chief Operations Officer Programme from
Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, reinforcing his expertise in operational excellence and process transformation.

With a proven track record in operations leadership, global transformation, and strategic execution, Sankalp is well-positioned to drive high-impact outcomes at Deloitte.
