Sripad Patil has been appointed as Managing Director at Accenture, marking a significant milestone in his leadership journey.

In this role, Sripad will lead strategic consulting engagements, digital transformation programs, and client partnerships, driving innovation and delivering business value across industries.

Sripad brings extensive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and large-scale digital transformation. Most recently, he served as SVP – Complex Programs & Products at Ascendion, where he led complex program delivery and product initiatives.

Prior to this, he was CTO – Europe Region at Mphasis, driving technology strategy and digital transformation across the European market.

He also served as Senior Vice President at Coforge, leading global delivery for digital service lines, and spent nearly 9 years at Mercer as an Enterprise Architect, where he led APAC digital initiatives and enterprise transformation programs.

With a proven track record in global technology leadership, transformation strategy, and program execution, Sripad is well-positioned to drive Accenture’s continued success and innovation agenda.
