Leadership Appointment | GreatCXO

Urvi Mahajan has been appointed as Director – Learning & Development, India & South Asia at Accor, taking on a strategic regional leadership role focused on strengthening talent and leadership capabilities across the organization.

In her new role, Urvi will leverage her extensive experience in people development, training, leadership, guest experience and hospitality operations to build high-performing teams and strengthen learning initiatives across India & South Asia.

Urvi brings 16+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, with a significant part of her career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels. Most recently, she served as Executive Assistant Manager – Hotel at Trident Gurgaon, overseeing end-to-end hotel operations, driving guest satisfaction, recruitment and capability building.

Earlier, she held Rooms Division Manager and Front Office Manager roles across Udaipur, Jaipur, Shimla and Agra, managing hotel operations, guest experience, team development, budgeting and revenue initiatives.
