Ajitsingh Nawale has been appointed as Vice President – Information Technology at Sterling Green Power Solutions, marking a strategic leadership move as the organization strengthens its technology and digital capabilities.

In this role, Ajitsingh will lead IT strategy, digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, enabling scalable and efficient technology-driven operations to support business growth.

Ajitsingh brings extensive experience in enterprise IT leadership, cloud transformation, ERP modernization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Most recently, he served as Head – Information Technology at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd, where he led large-scale cloud transformation across Azure & AWS, SAP S/4HANA modernization, cybersecurity frameworks (ISO/NIST), and digital manufacturing initiatives including IIoT, MES, and RPA.

Prior to this, he worked as CIO – Ports Business at Adani Ports and SEZ, driving enterprise IT governance, SAP implementations, cloud modernization, automation, and digital infrastructure transformation across large-scale operations.

He also spent over 6 years as Head of IT at CIE Automotive India Ltd. India Ltd, leading SAP S/4HANA rollouts, smart factory transformation, IT-OT convergence, and AI/ML-driven innovation.

Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager – IT & Systems at S. M Auto Engineering Pvt Ltd, building strong foundations in enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and manufacturing technology.

With a proven track record in digital transformation, enterprise IT strategy, and technology-driven business growth, Ajitsingh is well-positioned to drive Sterling Green Power Solutions’ next phase of innovation and scalability.
