Kanika Kapoor has been elevated as Director – Data & Analytics at NatWest Group, marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey.

In this expanded role, Kanika will lead data strategy, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven transformation initiatives, enabling smarter decision-making and driving business impact across the organization.

Kanika brings deep experience across data governance, analytics transformation, and global delivery leadership within the NatWest ecosystem. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President at NatWest Group, where she contributed to thought leadership, product ownership, and data-driven initiatives.

Prior to this, she was Analytics Lead – Cross Functional Transformation at NatWest Commercial and Institutional, driving enterprise analytics programs and transformation initiatives across business functions.

She also served as Global Delivery Manager at NatWest Markets Plc, leading global teams and large-scale delivery programs, and spent over a decade at NatWest Markets as VP – Data Governance Manager, ensuring global compliance with data management policies and strengthening data governance frameworks.

Earlier in her career, she worked with RBS, where she held roles including Manager and Business Analyst, contributing to the Chief Data Office function and finance technology initiatives, focusing on data quality, governance, and business process management.

With a proven track record in data strategy, governance, and analytics-led transformation, Kanika is well-positioned to drive NatWest Group’s next phase of data-driven growth and innovation.
