Chaitanya Gogineni has been appointed as Managing Director at Accenture, marking a significant leadership milestone.

In this role, Chaitanya will lead strategic client engagements, digital transformation initiatives, AI-led innovation, and large-scale enterprise programs, driving business value for global clients.

Chaitanya brings extensive experience across consulting, analytics, and enterprise transformation. Most recently, he served as Partner – Lighthouse (Analytics & AI) at KPMG India, where he led AI, data, and advanced analytics-driven transformation initiatives.

Prior to this, he was Partner – Business Consulting at KPMG India, leading large-scale transformation programs for Fortune 100 companies, including business model transformation, post-merger integration, and technology implementation.

He also worked with KPMG US as Director – Management Consulting, where he gained deep experience in digital transformation, SaaS business models, and enterprise architecture, working closely with leading Silicon Valley organizations.

Earlier, he served as Principal at Accenture Strategy, leading finance transformation, shared services strategy, and large-scale global transformation programs, including setting up major global capability centers.

He began his consulting journey at KPMG India as a Senior Consultant – Business Consulting, building strong foundations in strategy and business performance transformation.

With a proven track record in AI, analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise strategy, Chaitanya is well-positioned to drive Accenture’s next phase of growth and innovation.
