Rudraksha Nadkarni appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at The Goa Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd

We are pleased to share that Rudraksha Nadkarni has been appointed as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at The Goa Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd.

Rudraksha brings 15+ years of experience across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data security, governance, risk management, business continuity and network engineering.

Prior to joining the bank, he served as Head – IT (Assistant Manager) at Rosenberger Interconnect India Private Limited, where he managed the IT landscape across India, including ERP migration, SAP and BASIS administration, data security, governance, risk management, business continuity and Microsoft 365 administration. He also managed IT budgeting, policies, processes and external service partners.

Earlier, Rudraksha spent over 7 years with Jio as Assistant Manager – WiFi Planning, where he was responsible for network and WiFi infrastructure planning, deployment support, network availability and stability, and vendor coordination.

He began his career in network infrastructure, serving as Network Support Incharge at Techser Power Solutions and Network Executive – NNOC at TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED, gaining experience across network operations, firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches and wireless infrastructure.
