Ryan D'Souza has been appointed as Managing Director at RMZ, marking a significant leadership milestone in his accomplished career spanning enterprise technology, AI, high-performance computing (HPC), strategic alliances, business leadership, and digital infrastructure.

In this strategic leadership role, Ryan will drive RMZ's business strategy, portfolio growth, customer engagement, innovation, and long-term value creation. He will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's leadership position while accelerating sustainable growth and technology-led transformation.

Ryan brings over 25 years of leadership experience across enterprise technology, AI, hybrid cloud, high-performance computing (HPC), business strategy, sales leadership, and ecosystem development. Prior to joining RMZ, he spent more than eight years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), most recently serving as Country Manager – HPC, AI & NonStop Solutions, leading India's strategy for AI, HPC, and mission-critical platforms.

Earlier at HPE, he held several key leadership roles, including Country Manager – Ecosystem Sales (Alliances, System Integrators, ISVs & OEMs), Country Manager – Hybrid IT Compute Solutions, and Country Manager – Software Defined Datacenter & HPC, where he successfully drove market expansion, strategic partnerships, enterprise datacenter modernization, and technology adoption across India.

Before HPE, Ryan enjoyed an extensive 19-year career with HP, holding multiple leadership positions including Regional Business Manager – ProLiant Servers and National Manager – Hyperscale Business Unit, leading large-scale computing, hyperscale infrastructure, and enterprise server businesses.

He began his leadership journey with Ontrack Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (now Avnet Technology Solutions) as Branch Manager, where he successfully led branch operations, and earlier served as Sales Manager at S-Tronics Computers.
With a proven track record in AI, enterprise infrastructure, business leadership, strategic partnerships, and technology transformation, Ryan is exceptionally well-positioned to lead RMZ's next phase of growth and innovation.
