In his expanded leadership role, Naresh will spearhead the Crop Nutrition business, focusing on strategic growth, market expansion, product innovation, commercial excellence, farmer-centric solutions, and operational performance. He will play a pivotal role in advancing DFPCL's mission of delivering innovative crop nutrition solutions that enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability.

Naresh brings over 35 years of rich experience across agribusiness, crop nutrition, fertilizers, business strategy, sales leadership, and commercial operations.

Prior to this elevation, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., where he played a key role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across the crop nutrition business.

Before assuming the COO role, Naresh spent more than 35 years with Mahadhan Agritech Ltd., a subsidiary of Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., most recently serving as Executive Vice President. Throughout his long and distinguished tenure, he made significant contributions to crop nutrition, agri-input marketing, farmer engagement, business expansion, and strengthening the company's leadership in India's agriculture sector.

His elevation reflects DFPCL's confidence in his leadership capabilities, deep industry expertise, and longstanding contributions toward building a strong, farmer-centric crop nutrition business.

With a proven track record in agribusiness leadership, commercial excellence, market development, and sustainable agriculture, Naresh is exceptionally well-positioned to lead DFPCL's Crop Nutrition business into its next phase of growth and innovation.
