Shashi Gupta has been elevated as Director – Innovation at Deloitte, marking a significant leadership milestone in his distinguished career spanning innovation, digital transformation, startup ecosystems, and business strategy.

In this expanded leadership role, Shashi will drive innovation strategy, emerging technology adoption, enterprise transformation, and innovation-led growth initiatives, helping organizations unlock business value through next-generation technologies and disruptive solutions.

Shashi brings over a decade of experience across innovation consulting, startup incubation, corporate strategy, digital transformation, and ecosystem development. Prior to this elevation, he served as Associate Director – Strategy & Innovation at Deloitte, where he led innovation consulting engagements and strategic transformation initiatives for clients across industries.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Shashi actively contributes to India's innovation ecosystem as a Mentor at IITI DRISHTI CPS FOUNDATION and has served as Deloitte's Knowledge Partner for Startup20, contributing to the G20 Startup20 engagement by helping shape the global voice of the startup ecosystem. He has also mentored startups through Conquest, BITS Pilani.

Earlier, Shashi served as AVP – Regional Incubation at IIMA Ventures (Centre for Innovation Incubation & Entrepreneurship, IIM Ahmedabad), where he played a pivotal role in supporting startups, fostering entrepreneurship, and strengthening regional innovation ecosystems.

With a proven track record in innovation management, startup ecosystem development, strategy consulting, and business transformation, Shashi is exceptionally well-positioned to lead Deloitte's innovation agenda and deliver future-ready solutions for clients.
