Venkata Ramana brings strong experience in cybersecurity leadership, risk management, and governance. Most recently, he served as Chief Information Security Officer at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited, where he led information security strategy, cyber risk intelligence, data protection, and enterprise security operations.

During his tenure, he drove initiatives across information security architecture, governance frameworks, identity & access management, ISO 27001 compliance, IT BCP & DR, and security risk management, strengthening organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.

With a proven track record in cybersecurity transformation, IT governance, and enterprise risk management, Venkata Ramana is well-positioned to lead Candidbrains’ next phase of secure and scalable growth.
