Randeep Singh has been elevated to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer at FINDI Group, marking a significant leadership milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its operational excellence and growth strategy across businesses.

In this role, Randeep will lead enterprise-wide operations, business transformation, strategic growth initiatives, and organizational performance, focusing on scaling operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable business expansion.

Randeep brings extensive leadership experience across operations management, HR technology, business transformation, consulting, and organizational strategy. He has been associated with FINDI Group as Group CHRO, leading people strategy across the group’s multiple business verticals including FindiATM, TSI (Transaction Solutions International), FindiBANKIT, and Unified Banking Centres.

Prior to this, he spent over 6 years with HONO, where he served as Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer and earlier as Vice President – Business Operations. During his tenure, he played a key role in building and scaling AI-enabled Human Capital Management solutions across India, SEA, and MENA markets.

Earlier, he co-founded WyoW Consulting LLP, a boutique HR consulting firm focused on organizational transformation and performance enhancement across industries including manufacturing, banking, FMCG, telecom, and infrastructure.

His professional journey also includes leadership and consulting roles at Macquarie IT as Management Consultant – Offshore Strategy & Operations and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Managing Consultant, contributing to strategic operations and transformation initiatives.

With a strong track record in operational leadership, HR technology, business transformation, and organizational growth, Randeep is well-positioned to support FINDI Group’s next phase of expansion and innovation.
